Thank you for your long time care about the ISCRAM CHINA and ISCRAM ASIA international conference. “Emergency Management Systems in the Era of Big Data” - The ISCRAM ASIA 2013 Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management & The 5^th International Conference on Emergency Management:

Technology, Application and Practice will be held in Harbin, China on December 15^th to 17^th.
